Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices.

Step 1

Place the minced meat in a large bowl and add the garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and eggs. Mix until all the ingredients are combined.

Step 2

Form small meatballs with the help of a meatball ball or an ice cream spoon.

 

 

Step 3

Pour a drizzle of oil into a pan. Arrange the potatoes on the bottom of the plate and on the sides.
